HubSpot to create 320 jobs over next three years in Dublin
Marketing and sales platform HubSpot is to create 320 jobs over the next three years at its new offices in Dublin’s docklands.
The firm opened its new offices at One Dockland Central this morning, just around the corner from its existing offices in North Wall Quay.
HubSpot established its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) headquarters in Dublin three years ago and now employ over 150 people there.
The company’s new offices will come with a fitness room, a library, a rooftop terrace and an on-site pub with draught beers.
Minister for jobs Richard Bruton said the growth of tech companies in Ireland have already played a key role in the Irish economic recovery.
“HubSpot is a highly innovative company in a fast-growing niche within this sector, and it was clear when we first met in Boston in 2012 that they had highly ambitious plans for their Dublin expansion,” the minister said.
“HubSpot’s Dublin-based team has been core to so much of the success that we’ve seen as a company around the globe over the last three years and I am so excited for the successes that are yet to come,” said HubSpot president JD Sherman.
IDA Ireland chief Martin Shanahan said he was delighted to see HubSpot increasing its Dublin workforce.
“In its few years in Dublin, HubSpot has created fantastic opportunities across all business functions and we’re excited about the opportunity that they will continue to bring to the city as they grow.”
HubSpot is now entering its tenth year of existence and in that time it has grown to over 90 countries with 18,000 customers.
